These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Drug Test Information at drugtestinformation.com. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Educational purpose only
The Site provides general educational information about drug testing, laboratory methods, workplace programs, regulated industries, clinical settings, legal processes, and anti-doping. Content is not individualized medical, legal, employment, human-resources, regulatory, toxicology, or laboratory advice.
Use of the Site does not create a doctor-patient, attorney-client, employer-employee, laboratory-client, consultant, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Consult the qualified professional and controlling authority responsible for your situation.
No emergency or treatment service
The Site does not provide emergency services, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or clinical interpretation of an individual result. If someone may be experiencing poisoning, overdose, breathing difficulty, loss of consciousness, severe confusion, or another emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate poison-control resource immediately.
No instructions to defeat testing
You may not use the Site to request, promote, distribute, or facilitate instructions for adulterating, substituting, evading, falsifying, or defeating a lawful drug-testing process. The Site may refuse or remove content that creates health, safety, legal, employment, or program-integrity risks.
Accuracy, currency, and jurisdiction
We work to provide accurate, sourced information, but drug-testing rules, device authorizations, cutoffs, laboratory practices, medical guidance, state laws, and sports standards change. Content may contain errors or become outdated. A general article cannot establish which rule applies to a particular person, employer, court, state, country, or competition.
Always verify consequential information with the current primary source, written policy, laboratory report, testing authority, clinician, medical review officer, union, attorney, or other qualified professional.
Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful personal, educational, and internal informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Violate law, another person’s rights, or the integrity of a testing program.
- Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, overload the Site, or introduce malicious code.
- Scrape, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit substantial Site content without permission, except as allowed by law.
- Misrepresent Site content as individualized professional advice or an official government, laboratory, employer, court, or sports ruling.
- Submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, private, or sensitive material through comments.
Comments and user submissions
If comments are enabled, you remain responsible for what you submit. Do not post drug-test reports, medical records, employment records, government identifiers, private contact information, or confidential case details. Comments may be moderated, edited for formatting, withheld, or removed. Submission does not guarantee publication or a response.
By submitting content for public display, you grant the Site a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display it for operating and promoting the Site, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Except for third-party materials, public-domain sources, quotations, and content otherwise identified, the Site’s original text, organization, graphics, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Links and brief quotations with attribution are welcome where permitted by law.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to agencies, laboratories, professional organizations, vendors, and other websites for convenience and sourcing. A link does not guarantee accuracy, endorsement, availability, safety, or continued suitability. Third-party terms and privacy policies govern their services.
No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, availability, or a particular outcome. We do not warrant that a test will produce a particular result or that reliance on content will prevent adverse consequences.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its owners, operators, authors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, lost employment, legal consequences, eligibility decisions, or health outcomes arising from use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and availability
We may correct, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
